Humble Beginnings
Radwell International's roots trace back to the small town of Medford, New Jersey, where Brian Radwell’s journey began. As a young teenager, Brian juggled high school with jobs at Speck Industrial Controls and a local gas station, driven by a deep-seated determination to succeed.
Under the mentorship of his father, Jerry, Brian learned the intricacies of industrial manufacturing and the importance of electrical and electronic controls. When Speck faced closure in 1986, Brian and his father took a leap of faith, acquiring the company and laying the foundation for what would become Radwell International.

Growing Up
Tragedy struck when Jerry suffered a debilitating stroke, but Brian’s determination never wavered. He led the company through these difficult times, expanding its reach and capabilities. In 2005, Radwell International was officially established, moving into a state-of-the-art facility in Lumberton, New Jersey.
Under Brian’s visionary leadership, Radwell has grown into a global leader in industrial automation solutions, with a presence in multiple countries and a steadfast commitment to minimizing downtime for manufacturers worldwide.
