The Repair Process
Inspection And Evaluation

Following this, we disassemble the motor for detailed fault finding and assessment of parts availability and pricing before providing a repair quotation. Once both parties agree on the price and turnaround time, we proceed with the necessary repairs.
Test, Clean And Report
We fully test the servo motor on the diagnostics rig, examining feedback, windings, brakes (if applicable), and all mechanical parts. Then, we power test the motor on its compatible drive, cleaning and lubricating the front bearing if accessible. Finally, we provide you with a printed test report.
