I recently worked with two Radwell employees, Chad in sales and Alex in purchasing. Alex made me a fair offer on the surplus equipment I was looking to sell, walked me through the process of getting it prepared and shipped to Radwell, and was always quick to respond to my emails when I had questions. Chad was also extremely helpful. I called on a whim on behalf of my fire department trying to get surgical masks which are impossible to find right now, and he was quick to get me information. He was super helpful, great to talk to, and he made the purchasing experience as easy as can be. Your company repaired a drive for an older piece of equipment, that is a very high production machine for our firm. I have already recommended you to the electric motor company that confirmed the drive was the problem and also the maker of the printing press who no longer supports the drive. You quoted the 20% upcharge for 48 hour service and when it took you an extra day, you waived that fee without any input from me. Very upstanding, very honest business practice. While I hope I don't need your services often, I absolutely know who I’ll look to and recommend going forward.
