I just wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with your company and how extremely pleasing it was to have someone like Stacy in my corner.
Thursday evening our company had an obsolete breaker go out, shutting down our entire plant. It was around 7:30 p.m. I began to search the internet for this breaker I needed. I made phone call after phone call. No one was answering or returning my call. By this time it was 9:30 pm. I needed a miracle, and that’s exactly what I got when I stumbled upon the Radwell emergency phone number. A lady answered, and asked how she could help. I told her what I needed, and explained that our plant was shut down. Stacy immediately made my problem, her problem! She worked tirelessly through the night and into the early morning. At 1:30 am she found exactly what I needed, and on top of that she found it within driving distance of me! By 8:45 am, I was back on the road with this obsolete breaker. 3 hour drive, and power was back on by noon!!! Her relentless effort, over a $6800 part, saved our company close to $50k in down time. The quickest I could have had this part shipped to me from any other company would have been a Monday delivery. We ran a half day shift Saturday, catching up completely, and were able to keep ALL of our orders 100% “on-time!” On-time deliver may not mean that much to a lot of companies, but it is something that our company was built on. We take pride in it! It’s something we, as a company, hang our hat on, and because of Ms. Stacy, that hat hangs high!
I wanted to say thank you Radwell, but a special thank you to the amazing Stacy! She just earned my business. We have 4 plants total and I will definitely be reaching out to Ms. Stacy for future needs.
